Telmosis AM 80 Tablet is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a chemical that usually makes blood vessels tighter. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that dilates (widens) blood vessels and increases blood flow. Altogether, it helps to lower high blood pressure, chest pain (angina), and other conditions caused by coronary artery disease.

Telmosis AM 80 Tablet is available in the form of oral tablets. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. You can take Telmosis AM 80 Tablet with or without food once a time in a day, as prescribed by the doctor. Do not crush, chew, or break it. • Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking Telmosis AM 80 as it could make you dizzy.
• Telmosis AM 80 tablet should be used with caution in patients having kidney problems.
• Telmosis AM 80 tablet should be used with caution in patients having liver problems.
• Do not take Telmosis AM 80 if you are allergic to Amlodipine and Telmisartan.
• Telmosis AM 80 should not be used in patients with severely decreased blood pressure. It should be used with caution in patients suffering from other heart problems such as heart attack, severe hypertensive crisis, etc,
• It is not known whether the combination of amlodipine and telmisartan is safe for use in children aged below 18 years. Therefore, consult your doctor for advice.
